I am so ecstatic that I found this gem of a place. My 9 year old had a couple of cavities that Dr. Nguyen attended to right away, my 3 year old breezed through his cleaning because of the fabulous Bethany, and my 2 year old...well, she survived with only crying for 10 seconds. The office was extremely clean yet comforting, and the front staff, especially Miss Franceska, was amazing and sweet and catered to the children very well. The dinosaur dental chair would make any kid feel comfortable and the gifts for the children were nothing like I’ve ever seen!! My 3 year old was the happiest and is still asking me when we are going back to the dentist. New customers that will be lifelong customers!! Can’t LOVE this place anymore!!

Having recently moved to Texas I was wanting to find a dental office close enough to where I live. I looked up the office in Justin and heard the office and dentist was moving to a new place in Northlake. I live in Northlake and it was a place I could also bring my 4 children to also. I am not a person who enjoys a visit to the dentist. I keep my mouth and teeth well maintained to avoid the dental office. As scared as I can get this office wasn’t bad at all. I had a visit earlier this year and my next maintenance cleaning is coming up. I will not skip it. My kids liked it enough too. They are used to watching a movie while getting the dental cleaning and that’s available here.

Wow, what a great experience, something you don’t normally get to say about a trip to the dentist! From the front desk to the dentist, everyone has been friendly and helpful. The office manager was able to clearly explain the insurance portion of things, Dr. Nguyen has been very insightful and thorough in putting a plan together to address all my needs while accommodating my schedule, and Bethany is clearly the gold standard of hygienists! Finally found a dentist I don’t dread going to!

**Update to previous review** Little do people know, there is a large underground battle raging between the office managers of dental offices around the world, fittingly called DOOM (Dental Office Office Managers). In these battles, Sheavon has proven herself time and time again to be the greatest champion DOOM has ever seen! With almost acrobatic deftness and skill, she has never encountered a problem, question, or concern that she couldn't address quickly and accurately, and she has routinely defeated all other office managers who dare challenge her greatness!

In all seriousness, from my very first appointment she may as well have said "Go get your teeth fixed, I'll take care of the rest". She's helped me so much with insurance questions, appointment scheduling, referrals, you name it...

Wow!  So amazed and thrilled to have found the perfect dentist a short walk from my house.  Took 4 kids in today and was a little concerned how it was going to go.  Immediately we felt at peace in the beautiful, welcoming atmosphere.  Kids jumped on the video games while I filled out paperwork.  The staff was phenomenal with all the kids (ages 3-12).  There was a cool dino chair for the little kids, fun toothbrushes, and a large selection of toys to choose from as a prize.  Even my most shy kid was talking and having fun.  That’s huge!  It felt like family.  I would highly recommend.  You have won our loyalty.  My husband and I will be back in a couple of weeks for our appts.  Can’t wait!  Welcome to the neighborhood.  So glad you are here.

My daughter, son and I all had our first dental appointment with Northlake Dentistry yesterday. It was amazing! The cleanliness first off is everything! The staff is superb! They way they treated me and my kiddos was phenomenal! I have been waiting for the VA to set up my appointment with them and have no need for that anymore with Northlake Dentistry! They set me up with all my appointments follow ups and needs! I love Northlake Dentistry, my kids didn’t cry, they got their checkups done, their work done and their prizes! Best family Dentistry I’ve ever been too! We love Northlake Dentistry!

Phenomenal service from the front reception area to the dental chair.This is the best dental visit I’ve ever received. Everyone on the staff is congenial & explicit in service being provided and answering any questions. I’m new to the area & Northlake Dentistry was highly recommended. I’m rating them 5 teeth            /⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! Looking forward to my next appointment & did I mention their appointment reminders & followup is superb. Dr. Nguyen's and his staff are like diamonds in the rough. We use to go to a big practice out of Dallas, and became very unhappy with their service and prices... 

 I called the office, and was not in the biggest hurry to make an appt, but they got me in fast. This staff was very friend and courteous on the phone. They also made my intake fast and bearable. 

I ended up needing to have repairs done, and the projected costs were not too bad. These are good people. I highly recommend!

Love this place. I have never been someone who enjoys the dentist but they are changing my mind!! They have been so great since I've started going to them. The office is super clean and so nice. Massaging chairs are an added bonus too!! The staff is INCREDIBLE. Dr. Nguyen is the coolest doctor/dentist I've ever been to. He is so down to earth and easy to talk to. All the back office staff walks you through everything they are about to do which is nice for no surprises. The kids cleaning area is beyond perfect for kids, with a special prize after their cleaning (good prizes too!!!). The front office staff is so polite and personable. I cannot say enough good things about this office. If you are looking for a dentist, look no more!!
